Brandi Whitlock Photography specializes in a wide range of photography including weddings, maternity, newborns, artistic portraiture, landscape and nature shots and more. Brandi is considered more of a photojournalist, than a traditional photographer because of her shooting methods.  She likes to capture moments as they happen, keeping posed photography to a minimum.  She is recognized for her unusual and distinct compositions and her willingness to try new innovative photographic techniques.

Growing up, photography and art was always a hobby and passion for Brandi. When she first attended the University of Alabama, she knew she wanted continue her interest and study of the arts. She graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Visual Journalism with a minor in Art History.  She has also had several photo publication credits including The Tuscaloosa News and The Crimson White.
